طبق آیین‌نامه داخلی مجلس ایران، هر یک از این شعبه‌ها برای تمام دوره نمایندگی رسمیت دارند. رسیدگی به اعتبارنامه‌ها، تعیین اعضای کمیسیون تحقیق، تعیین اعضای کمیسیون تدوین آیین‌نامه داخلی و بررسی و تشخیص صلاحیت نامزدهای عضویت در کمیسیون‌های تخصصی مجلس از جمله وظایف این شعبه‌ها اعلام شده است.

ناظران سازمان ملل امروز به این منطقه سفر کردند تا از نزدیک محلی که به گفته مخالفان، نیروهای دولتی دست به "کشتار" زده‌اند بازدید کنند. این ناظران آتش باری گسترده و گلوله باران مناطق مسکونی توسط تانک ها را تایید کرده اند.

ژنرال رابرت مود، رئیس ناظران صلح سازمان ملل در سوریه در برابر دوربین های تلویزیونی گفت: "من با تا آنجا که محکومیت را در واژه ها می توان بیان کرد، این تراژدی بیرحمانه را محکوم می کنم."

این ژنرال مامور سازمان ملل گفت که ناظران ۹۲ جنازه شامل ۳۲ کودک را شمارش کرده اند.

ژنرال مود همچنین گفت: "آنها که خشونت را تنها با در نظر گرفتن منافع خود به کار می گیرند باید متوجه باشند که عمل آنها به بی ثباتی بیشتر می انجامد و این کشور (سوریه) را به سمت یک جنگ داخلی سوق می دهد".

همزمان کوفی عنان، نماینده ویژه سازمان ملل و اتحادیه عرب، ضمن محکوم کردن این کشتارهای جدید گفته چنین جنایاتی نشاندهنده استفاده لگام گسیخته از قدرت برای سرکوب است.

در همین حال، کاخ سفید با انتشار بیانیه محکومیت کشته شدن بیش از ۹۰ شهروند سوری را "حمله ای وحشیانه و بیرحمانه" توصیف کرده است.

مخالفان دولت سوریه می‌گویند کل اعضای خانواده‌ها در این حملات کشته شده و افرادی هم که نجات پیدا کردند، پس از آن که گیر نیروهای دولتی افتادند، کشته شدند.

'طرفین را مسلح نکنید'

گزارش‌ها حاکی از آن است که درگیری‌هایی در چند شهر دیگر این کشور از جمله دمشق و حلب روی داده است.

این در حالی است که بان کی مون، دبیرکل سازمان ملل متحد گفته است گروه‌های مخالفی که در حال نبرد با بشار اسد، رئیس جمهوری سوریه هستند، اکنون کنترل بخش‌های قابل توجهی از برخی شهرها را در دست گرفته‌اند.

در نامه‌ای که بان کی مون به شورای امنیت سازمان ملل ارائه داده، به نقل از او آمده است که تلاش‌های سازمان ملل برای پایان دادن به بحران سوریه تا کنون تنها پیشرفت‌های اندکی داشته و اوضاع در سوریه در مجموع، کماکان بسیار جدی است.

دبیرکل سازمان ملل از تمامی کشورها خواسته تا از مسلح کردن طرفین خودداری کنند.

آقای بان در نامه خود گفته است با توجه به کیفیت برخی حملات در سوریه، "گروه‌های ریشه‌دار تروریستی" می‌توانند مسئول برخی از انفجارهای اخیر در سوریه باشند.

اوائل ماه جاری میلادی، بمبگذاری در دمشق، پایتخت سوریه ۵۵ کشته بر جای گذاشت و دولت سوریه، القاعده را مسئول این حملات معرفی کرد.

این نگرانی توسط برخی محافل مطرح شده که این گروه تروریستی، در حال بهره بردن از اوضاع و شرایط سوریه برای پیدا کردن جایگاهی در این کشور است.

مقام‌های رسمی دولت بشار اسد می‌گویند گروه‌های "تروریستی" مورد حمایت خارجیان، مسئول خشونت‌ها و کشتار بیش از دو هزار غیرنظامی و هزار سرباز از زمان آغاز تظاهرات ضد دولتی در این کشور در ماه مارس ۲۰۱۱ هستند.

سازمان ملل می‌گوید حداقل ده هزار نفر تا کنون در خشونت‌های این کشور کشته شده‌اند.
